  • Green: Fully charged
  • Flashing Red: The phone’s placement on the charger is preventing it from charging properly.
  • Off: When the wireless charger is disconnected from a power source or when the phone is taken out of the wireless charger.

Avoid wireless charging issues

Remove a bulky phone case if your wireless charger doesn’t seem to be working; this is typically a quick fix. To ensure that your charger functions properly, look into the following solutions:

  • It’s possible that the device won’t charge properly if it’s placed improperly on the charging surface. Ensure that your device is positioned in the charging pad’s center, free from any obstacles. The charger should make contact with the back of the device.
  • If you have a thick case on your phone, wireless charging might not function properly. Before putting your phone on the wireless charger, take it off if necessary.
  • Place your phone on the wireless charger in landscape mode when it is connected to a headset. The phone might not charge if you hold it in portrait mode.
  • You risk losing network reception if you use the wireless charger in spots with poor network signals.
  • The wireless charging feature might not work if your phone is connected to another charger or USB cable.
  • Ensure that the wireless charger is connected to a functional power source or outlet.
